These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GambleGorilla website and all associated services, including the casino, Sportsbook and VIP Club. By registering an account or depositing funds, a member agrees to be bound by these terms in full. Eligibility

Account Verification

GambleGorilla may request identity documents at any time, including proof of age, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership, in line with standard anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawals may be paused pending successful verification. Pay n Play deposits complete verification automatically through the member’s banking provider, though GambleGorilla reserves the right to request further documentation in specific cases, such as unusually large withdrawal requests.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Members must deposit and withdraw using payment methods held in their own name. Any deposit or withdrawal attempted through a third-party payment method will be declined and may result in account review. GambleGorilla reserves the right to request a minimum wagering threshold be met on a deposit before an associated withdrawal is processed, in line with standard anti-fraud practice.

Bonus Terms

The welcome offer and all ongoing promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside an individual promotion:

• A 35x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of activation unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet during an active bonus is capped at £5 per spin or hand across all game categories.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering vary: slots 100%, Sportsbook accumulators 100%, Sportsbook singles 50%, live casino 20%, table games 10%.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are capped at ten times the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• GambleGorilla reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering rules, including maximum bet limits, have been breached.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using betting patterns designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering, may result in the bonus and related winnings being withheld.

Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on GambleGorilla use certified random number generators, independently tested by accredited testing laboratories, with return-to-player percentages published on individual game information pages where provided by the game studio. GambleGorilla does not alter game outcomes, odds or return-to-player rates outside of studio-issued updates, which are always applied uniformly across all members.

Account Suspension and Closure

GambleGorilla reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or a breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited, though a member’s own deposited funds, excluding bonus-derived winnings, will be returned. Members may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting support directly.

Responsible Gambling Tools

Members can set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits and session reminders at any time from the account dashboard, with reductions applied immediately and increases subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion can be requested for a minimum of six months and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed early under any circumstances. Sportsbook-Specific Terms

Sportsbook bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant sporting body. Price boosts and acca insurance promotions carry their own specific terms, published alongside the relevant offer, and take precedence over these general terms where a conflict arises.

Limitation of Liability

GambleGorilla is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or scheduled maintenance. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, GambleGorilla reserves the right to correct the account balance and recover any funds paid in error.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the site will first be addressed through GambleGorilla’s internal complaints procedure before escalation to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider.

VIP Club and Loyalty Points

Loyalty points earned through the VIP Club carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold between accounts. Tier status is reviewed on a rolling monthly basis and GambleGorilla reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, perks or the points-earning rate for any game category with reasonable notice published on the site. Leaderboard prizes are credited as bonus funds subject to the standard wagering terms set out above, unless a specific leaderboard promotion states that prizes are paid as cash.
